Returns and delivery
Delivery to all countries in Europe (except United Kingdom, Norway, Germany) as well as the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, Singapore, South Korea, Qatar and United Arab Emirates.
For Delivery:
- Colissimo delivery with signature or without signature offered with parcel tracking, to mainland France. Shipping with package number sent by shipping confirmation email. Delivery for France is 2-3 working days.
- Free international delivery by Delivengo/Colissimo. Delivery is 7-10 working days.
Delivery to the above countries is free of charge.
Customs and import taxes are the buyers responsibility. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Return policy:
- The buyer may return or exchange the item.
- The buyer must return the item within 14 days of receipt.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- The buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as assessed with the seller) if an item is not returned in its original condition.
