Article 1: Purpose

Article 2: Product details

2.1. Product description

The products available for sale on this website are represented by high-quality photographs and accompanied by a description of their characteristics.

The products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, due to the computer technology used, the products delivered may sometimes differ slightly from the photographs displayed on the website, in particular their colour.

2.2. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros (€), VAT not applicable (article 293B of the French General Tax Code).

Article 3 - Ordering

3.1. Placing an order

The customer must complete several steps in order to place an order on the website:

Article 4: Payment

4.1 - Currency

For European Union countries to which the seller agrees to deliver its products, orders are payable in euros (€).

If the customer's local currency differs from the currency in which prices are displayed on the Website, the customer's bank will apply the exchange rate in force on the date of the order (unless a different rate is applied at the discretion of the customer's bank).

Consequently, changing the country of delivery may alter the price of products according to the change in currency.

4.2 - Terms of payment

Customers can pay for their order on the secure payment server by Visa or Mastercard, indicating their card number, the expiry date and the last three digits on the back of the card, or via PayPal. The customer's account is debited when the ordered products leave the seller's address.

5.3. Terms of delivery The seller uses various delivery companies to transport the products ordered. The customer must sign the delivery note given to him by the courier at the time of delivery. In the event that delivery of the order is impossible (customer absent, wrong address or address not found, customer who has not provided the necessary entry codes, impossibility of access to the delivery address, etc.), the delivery person will leave a note with the customer informing him/her of the attempted delivery of the parcel and indicating the procedure to be followed to collect it. Article 6: Right of withdrawal

Article 7 : Garantie de conformité et garantie contre les vices cachés

Les produits sont couverts par une garantie de conformité et une garantie contre les vices cachés, permettant au client de renvoyer les produits défectueux ou les produits non conformes aux produits commandés. Le client dispose d’une période de 2 mois à compter de la livraison effective du produit pour faire une réclamation sous la garantie de conformité. Article 8 – Garanties commerciales
